 your confusing me lol, i have enough problems with daylight saving time in the uk lol The server is set at us time i think, eastern seaboard. If you want to have it at your time you have to mod it. So from Eastern seaboard to your country you need to add 6. I think thats it, my brains hurting actually lol. Well it worked for me to add 5. Now the times are all at the correct time!

I have a website bookmarked at home for converting GMT to whatever timezone you want. I'll try and post it here sometime tongiht. Hey...I have a server and would be willing to run a SHII game and a Ventrilo server (A LOT easier to setup and use then teamspeak www.ventrilo.com). My queston is: 1) Can I run a server and play on a diff PC from behind a NAT router? 2) I dont have a DVD drive on my server...so can I load it via my network from my PC that does have a DVD drive? 3) Do I need to have the disc in the server for a SHIII server to run. I know a lot of programs have a seperate server app that does not require the server to have the DVD/CD in a drive to run. The PC I use for a server (used to be our Freelancer clan server) has: AMD Athlon 2800 XP 512 MB DDR400 Ram Win XP Pro and I am hooked up to a cable modem that gives me 2 Meg/s down and 1Meg/s up. So bandwidth wouldnt be an issue. |

Never mind. I set it up so that I get the correct readings.
As far as the game is concerned if it`s Saturday I don`t mind if it` 2 or 3 AM for me.
The only problem is (just dawned on me) that the next day I have a birthday - May 1 st.
So I might want to pass that game after all. ;D

mmm lol just tried a few games and everyone kept quiting (so i thought) im actually thinking its my connection chucking me out. So i most likely wont be able to play unless i get a router quicktime!!! Shizer!  |

COOL! I'm GMT-8 In the morning or afternoon would be great for me. And I'm flexible either way on the game settings. I happen to be very fond of my VIIC. So that will work great for me as well. I like my aft torps very much. There are several DD's down in Davy Jones' locker that can attest to that.....hehehehe  I would love to volunteer for hosting a game with my DSL connection but for some reason I have been unsuccessful at doing so. I have hosted games several times and nobody joins. So i dont think anyone sees me there. I'm on a network and sitting behind a networking router. I suspect that its my router that is keeping me from being seen. But I'm not sure.... ?  |
