Well this time it chugged and then when it started again i could not exit 512 times speed lol I was mashing the enter key (back to 1x on my computer) and going "NO NO YOU F*~@!!!" But it didnt work, i got the message front tubes damaged bong!! Screen of death... Being a none saver i have nothing at all but the load before the start of the patrol sooo gutted, well i thought i would share.... gonna throw my computer out of the window now **goes to drown his sorrow in a bowl of pasta** ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

that well annoying.. but I can't think of a better way to drown your sorrow. The only reason I save is in case of things like this, and I have had the odd CTD, so it's just there for backup. I've never loaded an old save game if something bad happened. Just save every few days of game time. Maybe you could do the same? Well if you had some much fun on that patrol, you have a chance to do it all again! and who cares about tonnage, anyway?

Crazy not to save in mission.... You don't have to use them, or re load or anything. Real handy for cases like this though.

lmao i never crash so thought i didnt need it... Thing is i dont know if i told you but i think i have a slight condition lol. Im really wierd with games and not loading ect, and even if i had saved it i wouldnt reload because in my strange brain it "changes history" i would sink different ships and meet different things. Im going to have to start again from the beginning and scratch it off to hitting a mine or something... The worst thing is you know when the date was... July 28th 1940 Yes you guessed it, before the battle of britain lmao I was just thinking "hey im going to miss most of the battle of britain in port!!" and then i crashed into the pier lmao Uhhh well im over it already, thanks for the counciling guys. Im going to get some sleep and maybe next time i have some free time make a mission building or Manual TDC section to the website. Or do some single missions for a laugh. I need to get some work done too so i may lay off a carreer untill the next patch which should only be a few weeks (fingers crossed) I dont think im ever going to survive to the battle of Britain... I wonder am i cursed?? Was doing so well that time too, never even got damaged in 3 patrols with my type VII... What an idiot, well teaches me next time to enter port at 256, its more responsive.

To save myself from screwups, that I make. I try to save my game everytime I sink a ship and get away to where I am safe.
It has saved me from a random CTD, the only one I have had sense I got the game. And it has saved me from the granddaughter doing a reboot to check her email on my computer as I had it paused as I was at the Fort getting some stuff a the BX.

Oh, I have 4 duel zenon servers here, and everyone has there own desktop rig or a laptop. But see it takes to much time to walk into your room down the hall and get your computer! Nope it is quicker to just use Grandpa's . The funny thing is by the time she got it rebooted she could have been on hers. OH well she is a good kid so I cannot complain to much.
