Well I finally found that rain Dom likes so much on the 5th Patrol ..
In fact this was not just rain but a major storm .. wind topping 40k, seas 20+, pitch black, less than 100m visability, UZO and Scopes useless would not give any readings, Hydrophone only salvation to know they were there..
one of many shots taken but most only caught top of sub which was usually under a wave..
really lousy shot but this is how the whole game looked, look close and you will see the deck and hatches at under 100m with no readings so solution impossible..
using best guess, hard to port, manual solution, stern tube, and one hellava lot of luck
