I mean, i was thinking the other day. Someone, i think it was microsoft were going to make a land, sea air game integrated. With gunship 2000 and m1 tank platoon all playing together. I think it was them, its easily possible but takes dedicated team and the risk of 3 or 4 different games which could all flop (i dont think they would)
How cool would it be to be playing Silent hunter as a sub, and your friend in America flys over and straffs you in a Hurricane, then your other friend depth charges you in a destroyer. But then your best friend turns up in a battleship and shoots them both up lol
The possibilities! But i know, it would be hard with the areas involved to get the people all together unless you had millions of people playing or shrank the space. And would we find people wanting to be cargo ships?

If they could incorporate this simulation into the already successful World War II online, that would be fantastic. Based on the amazing advances in online connection and server based games, coupled with technological improvements with personal computers and the like, this is only a matter of time. Of course, I would probably be flying for the Luftwaffe trying to protect our U-Boats instead inside of one of these death traps. ;D
I have to say, this is without a doubt the most immersive simulation I have ever had the pleasure of playing. If it's not the sim of the year, I would be surprized.
I'm trying the best I can to get us a Teamspeak server opening so we can congregate online via voice communication to speak with one another. If I get something going I will set up a password protect site to give out the appropriate information for the server. That way we can keep it for Fansite membership only.
Dominico, do you have the ability as moderator of the forum to send emails to all Fansite members within the administrations fuctions of the forum? That would be even better.
