Ok i got fraps today and messed about with it. Well i was downloading and running the game and fraps just killed it a bit. So the video is slightly sluggish, but not that bad.

If this is successfull and you think its a cool idea i will make one of a TDC Firing, and maybe more, some action vids or something.

I have yet to try it without torrentstorm running at the same time, hopefully it will run a bit better (fingers crossed)

Well for this first effort i thought i would show you my latest skill. I like to use my U-Boat like a torpedo boat, and i find it really usefull when chasing a frieghter who knows you are there and is jinxing.

Normally a solution by tdc is pretty useless in this situation, but with my new torpedo skills i can pop them easy just by firing by eye lol, i have it down to an artform. (though just the other day it took me 4 shots to get a small frieghter in a storm lol)

This vid is funny because although i get him, well no i wont spoil the ending...

Hahah normally i set them under keel, but i was too excited about using fraps and forgot lol

I got it with the next torp. hehe i just watched it again myself and you can actually see me think about depth, but then i dont bother. I was trying to do it fast to keep megs down lol. Its wierd when you make a vid, its like you are being watched and tested by an audience, there is a little pressure there. Freaky, prolly just me though...

I just did the bismark mission and almost saved the bis!!!

Got both battleships, and the bismark hit one of the destroyers and put scorchmarks on him. Has anyone ever saved the bismark? I recorded it but its about 500 meg lol, i need to edit it down.

just leave it on Auto I need to learn more about

Fraps is a vid recording program which records your screen, it lags my computer out loads though caus its not the best comp lol.


But when i have time i will make some more, like the website they take more effort then it seems lol. You have to make them, then shrink and edit them. They are stupid size otherwise. Why is anything to do with computers never easy?

Dom , that was worth the effort, thanks. Same thing happens to me regular, but i'm still piddling about in the accademy torp scool. The very same freighter seems to be UNSINKABLE ! Torps bounce off, dip under or stop n' drop or the freakin thing manoevers ( which is fair enough) Even bounce off at 90degrees ! I can sink the large cargo with 2 or 3 torps but the time i waste on this sardine tin means the others dissappear over the horizon, leaving me with an average rating, do'nt wanna grad until i have this sussed !! Again the site is superb, spend more time on here than the official one.

Ahh the trick with that guy is to just aim by eye, aim a few feet infront of him, or at his nose with a fast torp. He will accelerate as he sees it to try to avoid it but you will sink him Then just pick of the others as fast as possible!
