I would like to see a mod to pop up the gages Like in Pacific Aces  The dept gages and gages on bridge are to small. I havent missed something have I? I though when I first watch the Nav traning film the guy clicked on gages and there nice size. I though there was a hot spot to click and the gages would become bigger? I hope there is and I missed it? That's my 2 cents worth today Lane l |

nah you've not missed anything (unless I and alot of other people have missed it too!), you're absolutely correct. the dials are way too small to be able to click on them accurately. It would be good if we could right-click them to make them temporarily bigger.. mmm... yes |

Wicked idea, i too would like bigger guages.
An easy way for them to do it would be to allow you to click on teh big guages in the different rooms. Like the main command guages in the room and the direction gauges in the sonar room. They should have made everything interactive in my opinion!

I find the compass particularly annoying myself. Seems to take a fair bit of 'clicking to get it exactly where I want it. Also seems like clicking the very 'top' does not set it for that course. Seems it is always a bit to the right(?) of centre is the bearing you end up at. Might just be me and my old eyes though lol

This is the only one I've found so far. Head over to www.subsim.com/subsim_files/patches.html#sh3 and look for "Readable Compass Mod" by Ripbud. I haven't tried it myself, but it might be what you're looking for. There's a ton of other goodly stuff on there too. Riv |
