Well the other day i injured my ankle badly in football (so what! you cry) lol but this has repercussions.... I cant go to work and my trip to italy for the juventus game is in jepordy but some good has come from this I spent yesterday and today finishing off two missions i have been working on (the first U-1195 for a long while) ;D Well its been a hard day today, but i got the last touches done, and they are ready for you to get your teeth into. A present for you all for being such cool guys Altogether there are a fair few man hours in them both. I researched the U-1195 heavily but in the end couldnt make it as accurate as i wanted due to the mission creation limitations that said i am very happy with it. As for the Casablanca mission i think its a masterpiece lol and tommorow i want to try multiplayer with someone on it (since this aspect is untested...) I thought i would do a Ubisoft and let you guys beta test that one for me As for reccomendations i would say to you to try to play these on as real as you can, if you cant do real tdc then switch that off but everything else!! (of course you can use free camera if you really want to...) Well i hope they are worth the effort, and im sure casablanca is, i was wowed by it today lol. Warning they are not easy i dont think. Well now im going for some much needed rest!! Enjoy and let me know what you think!!

That is where all the wonderful written tutorials he put together live. Actually the Web site was up before the forum. But incessant whinging and whining from me (and likely others) drove him to get a forum up. See, I did learn something from my wife .... rofl

Cool you managed casablanca nice. When i did it the damn cruiser passed infront of me and ruined the shot, then i got bombed to death. The planes work well dont they!! The other mission is impossible almost i think, though i guess it was in real life since the guys got sunk. I will have a few more goes on it now my carreer is over I thought they were both cool, nice to do something in the cuba mission which another uboat captain had to go through. Lol yeah it was a good idea from you guys for the forum. If someone had not pointed out that there were free ones available i would have never looked.

I am still in my career, haven't tried the single missions that came with the game yet, haven't opened the mission editor yet either. Gonna finish my career first

well I just played the Casablanca mission. twas great fun! ;D launched my 4 bow torps at the Battleship, but only one of them hit. I've no idea what happened to the others, whether they were duds or off target. so after a bit of punishment from the escorts, and a reload, I went back to periscope depth and lauched another bow torp, which hit amidships and the King George slowed to a complete stop. now they were really angry, gave me some real punishment. they really dont appear to like me so after a while I got far enough away to get to periscope depth, and I decided to finish off that lovely battleship with my stern torpedos. I was very lucky here, for both of my torpedos passed directly under an escorting corvette, which I failed to notice, but they were deep enough to not explode then, the inevitable impact, and she turned over and made the short journey to the bottom. cheers Dom!
