Guys, every time I try to run up the documentation/manual I get a message saying that " the function is on a network resource that is not available" what does this mean ?

Weird.
Do you have the downloaded version of the game? if so try being connected to the internet and then try to access the manual.

No I have the purchased version, and the patch, and am connected to the internet all the time.
