I have a book on the life of Otto Kretchmer called The Golden Horseshoe (his conning tower emblem) by Terence Robertson first published in 1955 it is a great read and in his 10 standing orders for U99, one of them is 1 torpedo per ship, I wish I could sink lships like him.
