Question

I just have tree quesitions so I can understand the game a litle better.
1) why do my torpedoe sometimes don't exploed when hitting a ship. Is it because i am to close to my target or is there another explaintion.
2) When i play I often hear that a message has arrived. Where do i find this message. I just can't figure it out.
3) Can anyone explain how you handle the crew problem.

1. You could be too close and not allowing time for your torps to arm themselves or your torps are faulty depending on the realism level your on.
