How to tune the radio

Hello! I have read somewere that its possible to tune the radio in order to find enemy contacts.

Anyone know how this works? I can not activate anything in the radio room...

No this is not in the game dude maybe in an add on if we are lucky. Or if some clever person mods it.

I think this is shown in game by the single ship contacts which show up on your map, i guess they are supposed to be radio intercepts or something.
