To tranfer or not to transfer?

I had the same reservations, but I transfered twice. From St Nazaire to Lorient to Brest. It seems I still have the same crew and sub (VIIC). I transferred because I was hoping for different (and better) patrol areas.

Brest finally got me some northern patrols where I can start looking for convoys and practicing on the hydrophone. I have to work on getting some reknown as I barely am making enough to get the upgrades!

I am in Lorient now, and the drive out is a pain. I would have liked to stay in Brest, but still wasn't much better.

Same crew, just bigger boat. I like it, but I have less deck gun ammo. (I like blowing up stuff on the decks of ships.)
