Anyone got any thoughts on the best way of escaping destroyers....had 3 chasing me yesterday and only just managed to survive  ps read a lot about hiding in thermals....whats all that about? |

Go deep and slow. Head away from the goup. If they are protecting merchants then eventually they would return to the convoy.
Hiding in the thermals I guess means that the ping that the destroyer sends to find you bounches off the thermal layer. The layer where it goes from hot to cold. That's what I've read.
