Torpedo Tutorial

Hi,
I am playing SHIII @ 97% realism and I would like a tutorial in improving my strike rate.
I have inadvertantly deleted my "Convoy Attack" mpeg in Naval Academy.
Can anybody help me with a good tutorial on note pad attacks or maybe email "Convoy Attack" to me?

I think "Convoy Attack" will be the best for what I want.
