hello everyone got sh3 couple of days ago whats the best line up for petty officers IE one gunner two flak and so on whats the best line up for type seven uboat and type eight whats the best

Hello Ron,

Everyone has their own preferences, but I'll tell you what I use:
First off max out all your officers first. when you add them to a compartment( ex. Torpedo man) the green line goes all the way or a good amount.

As for the petty officers what I qualify first are watchmen (2) and Radio/sonar (2) Then a repairman and then a medic. The rest fill in with Torpedo men, or Machinist. If you can enlist them with one of those quals already there so much the better. Just don't spend too much renown . Better to spend your renown on upgrades to your boat

For promotions I tend to give that to the petty officers before I do the Officers. Don't want any the same rank as myself.

For medals do your officers first then petty officers, anything left goes to the seamen. Medals and promotions tend to boost moral, so they last longer before getting tired.
