Started 1st Career in 1e Flotilla (Wilhelmshaven). Reached my assigned grid AN47. Encountered a contact, coastal merchant at medium speed near the border of AN 44. Ambushed, then fired a nice fish (impact only - full speed), without manual TDC, hit, but bumps off !?!
Went to a new ambush spot, this time firing 2 torps (same settings), 1 misses and 1 hits, but also a dud.
Really sucks if u only have 5 torps in total .....

try to hit at 90 degrees or close
