check it out i just got this book off amazon its the actual uboat commaders manual from 1942-1943. of crouse its in english it was translated by the us navy. this was the bible of all uboat commanders at the time.It really puts you into the mind of a u-boat captian. So if your into uboats at all this is a book you should check out

;D No, I'm not related to the desert fox,but i hope to make a name for myself ...lol.The name of the book is The U-Boat Commander's Handbook. It does not have an author but was translated by the U.S. Navy and was published by Thomas Publications(ISBN-0-939631-21-0). This book was written by the German navy in 1942 and updated in 1943. This was the bible for all U-Boat commanders. So these are the real tactics that were used during the war. Best 8 dollars I've ever spent.
