 i saw this on a review,what submarine has this?ive only been on the type VII's and type II's,and its not on either of them. |

Im pretty sure this is the Type VII (maybe Type II) Its directly across from the Capt. bunk. His bunk folded up when not in use to act as the Officers Mess bench seat!

i always saw the sonar/radio room directly across from the captains bunk.maybe i should have abetter look in free move view.im starving!!

yeh,me too lane,i shudder to think what else we have missed!!
Silent hunter 3 sucks,its so unrealistic!!we should be able to switch the cooker on and off, and adjust the heat settings etc. Plus theres an option for a microwave which is just stupid,cos it wasnt invented for years!!god!

Realism ;D We should have a mod for that ;D
Right now I am playing with sound mod's trying to get
some sound's I like with out crashing the sim.
I read if a speech sound was in stero it would crash
has to be mono. of course the wave files are in stero.
Though I would toss that in about the bannanas ;D

That galley is in fact across from the captains bunk in the Type IIA. The captains bunk is near the (back I think) of the command room.

IRL no....they all did (see the movie Das Boot).
In game...Im not sure about the Type VII...I do know I havent seen one in the IX series.
