Patch 1.3 is ready to download

I d/l the sh3 dvd 1.3 us 15.4 meg in folder on desk top.
will wait till I get back from patrol 15 to install.
doing a little better on this patrol sunk a small merch
and a us Liberty ship. Grid patrol complet AE87
South of Iceland Lot's air attacks if on surface
and seems like there is not much darkness at night.
Working my way south out of air coverage and toward home port St Nazaire
Just a few torps left I may just return to home port
and decide were to install new patch?

Sorry Dagamecat,
I did not notice you post about the new patch
Are you going to remove your mods first with the
Jones mod programe I just have 3 mod's installed
I think it would best then reinstall them?

Lane, you will have to remove any third party mods before installing the patch. I had some mods installed when I tried to apply patch 1.2 and it refused point blank to install.

To this end, I have my entire Data folder backed up as clean as when I broke the cellophane seal on the dvd case .

I also have a list of my installed mods so I can re-install my favourites afterwards very easily.

yea Lane, but with the mod enabler it couldnt be easier!

you should be able to just disable the mods, apply the patch, then enable them again.


i've not done it yet though, cos i'm following the advice of finishing the patrol i'm on before applying the patch.

apparently, real u-boat mod isn't compatible with 1.3, not sure about it though.


might wait to see what beery says about it, though I'm sure if it isn't compatible we wont have to wait long for an update...

I am glad I got the jones mod program I just got three
mods installed Ail's moon, weather, and dials mod.
Get back to port I will unstall them patch, to 1.3
and reinstall. the mod's.
Sorry the realboat mod won't work with 1.3 but i bet
Berry will come up with a fix.
