very new to this great game ,but cant seem to clear the nav map with the icons on top left of nav. map please help thank you joe d.

I find that I have to select the Eraser then bring it down onto the map near to what I want to clear,adjust the Eraser poition until the course line or whatever highlights in red then left click and it disappears.

Seem's I saw on menu on Nav map a "Clear map" Seem's I clicked it one time and did not see anything happen? Anybody know what that does? Lane  |

the "clear map" command only relates to anything you have drawn in with your ruler, protractor, compass etc. It will wipe them off straight away.
It doesnt wipe your course off, and its a good thing it doesnt because then when ever your wanted to clear your plottings etc, it would take your course away and you would keep coming to a dead stop.. You have to manually select the rubber and delete your course,waypoint by waypoint.

con20or is right. That's been my experience too. It seems to work fine for me.

Yep, I aint been able to get that one to work either. You have to clear them one by one. Atleast thats been my expirence. Maybe it will be fixed in the next patch......I hope! Sorry!
