Naval Accademy:- Flak Gun Module help !

TEXTDoes this have to be done manually ? Time after time i'm only getting an average score as manually i can't get accurate shooting, especially on those Hurricanes ( ? ) When i select watch officer-crew on deck and man flak guns then click on closing target etc........nothing happens, the gun just stays stationary. Guess theres something i'm not doing.............but what

yeh,u have to actually switch 2 binocular view, then press spacebar when they are in your sights. they wont target the planes because they are set to neutral. if they were enemy planes they would.

Yes I found out on this training mission you just man
the deck gun and shot down the double wingers
I never could hit the fighters but shot down enough
planes to pass the test. Some of them all most fell
on the deck. One crashed and Burned right in front of
Sub. I wonder why the crew would not obey orders?
they were neutral Planes.
Lot's fun working the gun yourself.

Thanks guys, managed to get an excellent pass............eventually. Not before i shot one down which crashed on deck and took out the gun ! Managed to get damage ctrl to sort it out though and recovered.
